Beautiful antique formal wear tuxedo French cuff set in original box from high-end Larter and Sons.
Dating from the turn of the century until the mid-30s, these cufflinks were a common item in luxury men's stores such as Tiffany's. The cufflinks are double-sided, and along with the 3 studs, all have genuine mother of pearl and white gold centers.
The 3 studs have the Larter mark in addition to the letter "P," which stands for "plumb gold." Plumb gold indicated the studs have 13.5% gold, not 14%, which is 14kt gold. The cufflinks also have the Larter mark and other hallmarks that I can't make out.
