A stunning Antique Art Nouveau Vase by Paul Anna Wranitzky, featuring a beautiful pansy flower design in the Jugenstil style. Found in good antique condition, the hand painting is vibrant, and the yellow pansies have some crazing.
There are no cracks or repairs, but there are a couple glaze chips on the rim and several glaze imperfections (under the glaze) on the piece, as highlighted in the photos. PAW Pottery, founded in 1874 and closed in 1933, was based in Vranovská Ves (Czech Republic), near Znojmo (formerly Znaim). This piece, dating back to the late 1800s or early 1900s, will enhance any room décor or collection. The vase will be well cushioned and double boxed for safe shipping. Untested.
