Rare with so much detail in this Design!
In Good Antique Condition with a few imperfections, last 3 photos will show detail. Hairline crack on the Top side rim on both sides. A chip on the bottom base. The inside bottom base has some color fading.
Sold as is and should be a decoration for display.
Approx: 8 1/2"T x 6 1/2" Wide from Middle to handle , 5 1/2" from spout to end and 4" wide on the bottom base, weighing 3 Pounds.
A bit of history: Centaur (a creature in Greek mythology that is half human half animal (horse)). Majolica (Majolica is a richly colored, heavyweight clay pottery that is coated with enamel, ornamented with paints, and finally glazed. The name is likely derived from the Spanish island of Majorca—said to be known once as Majolica—where the first of these pieces were made).
