Antique Victorian Bride’s Basket featuring an opalescent ruffled glass bowl and silverplate stand. A stunning centerpiece for collectors.
Glass Bowl: Hand-blown opalescent art glass with soft pink-to-white iridescence, ruffled/crimped edge.
Stand: Silverplate base with ornate detailing and cherub/putti medallions. Numbered 1689, possibly Meriden or Rogers Bros. Era: Late 19th century (Victorian, c. 1880–1900).
Condition: Very good antique condition. Glass free of chips/cracks. Silverplate shows natural tarnish/patina consistent with age.
