Antique corporate seal embosser from the Wichita Falls & Oklahoma Railroad Company. This item is in working condition.
Made of cast iron construction with bronze and lead at the seal area. Smooth body press with hollow interior. No observed maker mark.
Black painted body with gold-toned trim. Most of the original finish is intact but has some areas of rust and small pitting.
Approximately 9-5/8" tall with handle in upright position and approximately 6-3/4" tall when handle is down. About 5-3/4" long at the base and about 2" wide at the base. Makes a seal impression that is about 1-7/8" in diameter. Item weighs about 4 pounds 10-1/2 ounces.
