Antique WWI Military Certificate, a piece of American History dating over 100 years old. "Columbia Gives To Her Son The Accolade of the New Chivalry of Humanity". These prints were presented to soldiers that were wounded in action during WWI.
This certificate was presented to Willie Meeks. Signature of President Woodrow Wilson on the bottom right. Designed by C.H. Blasfield in 1919. Made of heavy stock paper with black and white details. The white paper has aged. Framed and has glass over it. The frame is vintage.
