Vintage 1970s Aquascutum of London two-piece suit. Classic gray with subtle blue pinstripes, tailored with a long-lapel jacket and high-rise straight-leg trousers.
Fully lined in signature Aquascutum logo print; pants are unlined. Inner labels show both Aquascutum of London and McLaughlin & Easterly Ltd., a luxury Baton Rouge clothier, with “Dr. J.E. White” hand-written inside, adding unique provenance.
Good vintage condition. Jacket buttons appear replaced and position could need adjusting, one sleeve button is cracked, and there is a small pinhole inside the liner. Pants hem has about 3” available to be let out if desired. Classic tailoring details include a functional lapel buttonhole.
