Madoka Titus is a meme figure created by model hobbyists in Akihabara in 2011. Images of spliced figures spread through Japanese social media. Untested.
There is a small break on the pegs connecting the figure to the base, but it doesn't impact stability and is not visible when assembled. Sticky foam residue on the base where Kyuubey was originally attached. As-is.
