De Vity Early to Mid 1900s Oil On Canvas Italian Village Painting in a 14"L X 16"H Gold Gild Frame. The actual painting measures approximately 8"L X 10"H.
De Vity was born in Reggio-Talabria in February 1901 and practiced in Rome, Paris, Sari, Naples, and Florence.
Condition: As-is. Visible water stain on the bottom of the wood glued, tan fabric of the frame. Corners of the fabric frame need a little glue. Frame added in the early 1980s. Autobiography strip on the back of the frame. Painting can be professionally cleaned to increase the value or left as is. See photos.
