Dark blue cloth covers with gold gilt lettering & coat of arms vignette show only light soil, rubbing & small corner bumps. All lettering & decoration on cover & spine basically crisp & intact. No sun, frays, etc. Owner name in pencil inside front cover, otherwise appears unmarked. Text only very lightly toned; tight, clean. No hinge splits. A very handsome, solid copy. A rare find for collectors of German history and student culture.
