Retired Dollhouse kit - QuickBuild Classic Colonial by Real Good Toys. New in original box with a slight water stain on one corner. Never been opened.
Quick-build house means the interior and exterior are completed. White with green trim. 1:12 scale. Assembles in approximately half an hour with no special tools required. Complete kit includes everything you need to finish as shown (glue, curtains, and landscaping sold separately). Use carpenter's glue or white glue for assembly.
Features: precision workmanship, pre-cut engineered parts, step-by-step instructions, 3/8" MDF exterior walls with painted clapboard finish, stained hardwood floors, stained wooden roof shingles, seven rooms, wallpapered walls, window boxes, and non-working windows.
