This Very Bright Pristine Estate Pendant features a 6X6mm Heart Cut Lab<br>Created Ruby set in the center of a open gold Heart frame. On each prong that<br>holds the Lab Ruby is a Natural small white round Diamond, aprox .05cttw, 3 in all.<br>Down the right side of the Heart frame is the word "MOM" spelled with<br>a heart shape as the "O", and also on both side rims is the same "MOM" cut out.<br>The Estate Heart pendant measures aprox 7/8" in length (including bail) and aprox<br>3/4" in width, and weighs aprox 1.865 grams of Solid (Stamped 10Kt &amp; Manufactures <br>initials on back) 10Kt Yellow Gold.
