Fallout 3: Survival Edition for PlayStation 3 (PS3), released in 2008. Pip-Boy Collector's Edition. Sold AS-IS.
Missing the lunchbox. Pip-Boy latch pins are broken, so it cannot close, but still displays well. Tested with batteries, and it did not power on. No corrosion is visible, but functionality is untested.
