Hana A Daughter of Japan by Gensai Murai, 1st Edition 1904, complete with slip case.
Condition of the slip case: Bottom front & spine is separated but holds its shape. Light rub markings on slip case. The folding case shows very little rub marks from being inserted into the slip case many times. The bottom folding case clasp works fine but missing one of the little loops to put the pick through & a part of the over covering of the strap. All can be repaired by a professional. The wood block pictures are not like printed words, they are actual wood block prints hand made one at a time for each book. The silk book cover shows some darkening from dust.
