Stunning Neodymium / Alexandrite Glass Pitcher and Tumbler Set. Made in Italy.
Includes: One Pitcher and Four Tumblers.
Measurements:
Tumbler: 6.25” tall x 2.75” base width x 2.12” mouth width
Pitcher: 10” tall x 4” base width x 3.25” mouth width
No chips or cracks. Original stickers are present on all pieces. Marked with “Genuine Hand Cut G.P. Lead Cristal”. Circa 1960s.
Neodymium glass (also known as Alexandrite glass) changes color depending on the lighting. It appears lilac or pink in natural or yellow incandescent light, and smoky blue in fluorescent/white light. This is due to the Neodymium oxide within the glass.
