Attaching the pasta cutter: Turn off and unplug the Chef or Major. Remove the slow speed cover. Line up the pasta maker body with the slot in the slow speed coupling on the Chef. Insert the pasta maker. Open the slow speed outlet catch and push the attachment further into the outlet. Release the catch. Untested.
