Base plate is in great condition. All pieces (including all stickered pieces that have been applied) are included. Non-essential/extra bonus pieces may not be accounted for. Instructions included are in great shape. LEGO has no discoloration to any pieces. In great, gently used condition and is 100% complete and will come from a Smoke FREE home. The original box is also included, which has dents and wear but is still in good condition.
