LEGO Lord of the Rings The Tower of Orthanc 10237 set. Includes tower, Treebeard, and Gandalf minifigure (new in bag #13). Original instructions and box are included; light element tested and working.
Top of the tower pieces are in sealed bags 13, 14, and 15. Gandalf is in bag 13. The tower is partially built up to bag #12.
Dust present on bricks; some cleaning may be required. The top chamber elements do not have stickers applied. Selling as-is, per pictures. Will ship partially disassembled with care. The box will be flattened before shipping. Untested, as-is.
