Leticia Tarrago "Movimiento de Rotacion" Etching. Hand Signed by the Mexican Artist Leticia Tarrago (1940).
Born in Orizaba, Veracruz, Ms. Tarrago studied at La Esmeralda in Mexico City. At fourteen, she won first prize in the annual student competition staged by the National Institute of Fine Arts.
Her work has appeared throughout the Americas and is in several permanent collections in Europe and the United States.
