Vintage 1960s tall stoneware vase designed by artist "KAH" for Lapid Pottery Works in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Features a slip cast stoneware vessel, hand-painted with brown and sepia stripes on a beige surface. This piece of Israeli studio ceramics is in excellent vintage condition. 18"H x 7" diameter.

Lapid Pottery (1943-1990) was known for hand-painted decorative tableware. Painters, mostly women, signed pieces with their first name. Lapid ceramics were a common part of Israeli households in the second half of the 20th century.
