"NE From" Denmark Made Sterling Silver Floral Earrings With Red Stones.
Rare vintage set of matching earrings crafted by Denmark's N.E From. Fine example of his ornate floral and leaves design featuring luminous red stones (possibly amber cabochons). The color is warm and glowing.
Some very minor scuffing on the beads. No backs. Believed to be Made in the 1970's. Very well known and collectable artist.
DANISH DESIGNER NIELS ERIK FROM - EARLY YEARS
Danish jeweler and silversmith Niels Erik From ( N.E. From) was born in 1908 and opened his first workshop in 1931 when he was still only twenty-three .
Over the next forty years Niels Erik went on to become one one of the greats of Danish design, and created many works including floral-inspired designs often set with semi-precious gemstones.
