Details: Classic style of Lilliana; contains various striking imagery honoring Philadelphia and the man who was much loved.
Provenance: This piece was commissioned as an homage by the wife to the CEO for Frontier Airlines out of Philadelphia when he passed away. Purchased from her estate in Ohio.
Condition: Frame has minor scuffing but is perfectly sturdy. Image is pristine.
Painting dimensions: 16" x 20".
Biography: Lilliana S. Didovic makes art as a reflection of her own journey in life. She was born in the former Yugoslavia (Sibenik, Croatia). In 1992, she escaped the war in her homeland (Sarajevo, Bosnia) and was granted political asylum in the United States. “En route to our exile in America, we stopped in Philadelphia, where we found our new place in the Sun."
