Four-layer waterproof breathable nylon fabric is light yet durable (30K Waterproofness/8K Breathability). Opposing side-release buckles allow for waist-high conversion. Features: External storage pocket, kangaroo-style handwarmer pocket, anatomical neoprene booties, integrated neoprene gravel guards, low-profile seam construction, low-profile belt loops with 1½" webbing belt, and hook and loop patch on interior pocket.
