Preparing flan with a rich, creamy texture on the stovetop or in the oven has never been easier. Removable aluminum insert with ceramic nonstick coating sits perfectly inside the stainless steel pan to make water bath cooking a breeze and releases food easily with fast cleanup. Includes a vented tempered glass lid with a wide stainless steel band and cut with our exclusive design that fits both the insert as well as the pan. Versatile pieces allow for using the pan and lid for everyday cooking without the insert, and the insert can also be used for baking in the oven.
Encapsulated construction with a single layer of 18/10 stainless steel in the cookware body provides corrosion resistance, and a 5mm aluminum disc encased in a magnetic stainless steel base allows for even heat distribution and prevents hot spots. Ergonomic, riveted handles provide comfort and safety. Enjoy easy cleanup thanks to the satin-polished stainless steel interior surface in the casserole.
