This unit runs on 3g and transmits every 20 feet walking, or 5 to 10 seconds driving. Monitoring starts at around 25$ a month through the company. Does not come with charger, but can be purchased for 25$ online. Capable of charging by USB though. Missing the back plate, but does not affect functionability. Simcard included. The model is a USFleetTracking product and services are offered through them. As of now the unit sells at 200$ and about 100$ per 75h battery pack. Cant locate price on the case, but company offers a couple including 85lb magnet case. Service has app capabilities.
