This extraordinarily gorgeous quinceañera gown is stunning! It has layer upon layer of glittering tulle, and a substantial train. It needs a crenoline or hoop skirt (not included) underneath for structure. The back laces up and has a 5 inch wide panel to ensure a custom fit. Pit to pit measurement at the smallest is 14 inches. Flat waist is also 14 inches, but again, it has 5 extra inches in the back panel. I have never seen a more beautiful dress. ️
