Here we have a rare find...<br><br>One 1969 National Football League Players Association METAL SIGN<br><br>I know little--for certain--about this item&nbsp;<br><br>30+ minutes of online searching has led to no even close match<br><br>As best I can tell, this was produced by or for the NFL Players Association (Union); as that is the only marking on it&nbsp;<br><br>Features Hall-of-Famer Bubba Smith (in, I think, his Rookie season with the original Baltimore Colts)&nbsp;<br><br>Made of a moderately thick, sturdy steel&nbsp;<br><br>Looks like it was meant to be a wall-hanging sign<br><br>WIDE landscape-oriented sign<br><br>Measures 34-1/2" wide X 4-1/2 tall X about 3/4" deep at top&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>CONDITION: USED/PRE-OWNED... Has plentiful scratching and some tarnish and light corrosion scattered about; the latter most notably on the bottom edge near the left side edge. Has a few smaller dents.
