RARE Vintage 1930s MAZER Art Deco Applejuice Bakelite Pave Rhinestone Brooch. Highly collectible. Untested, As-Is.
Features three stepped apple juice Bakelite layers on each side, with the middle band topped with pave rhinestone and faux light green emeralds. Classic Art Deco style. The small pave stones show yellowing/browning due to its age, but overall, in good condition. Clasp works properly. Some wear on the hardware consistent with age. Otherwise in good vintage condition.
Very faint lettering on the side of clasp, possibly Mazer (very hard to capture in the last photo). The hardware, construction, and design are consistent with known Mazer pieces from the 1930s era. Beautiful piece for the serious vintage costume jewelry collectors. Measures approximately 2 3/8”x 1 1/4”.
