Rare Book by Rudyard Kipling. Acquired this from my late grandmother’s estate who dealt in antiques. I contacted a Kipling Society associate who said that this is perhaps a pirated copy. Sold AS-IS.
A handwritten letter is included, dated 1854. The letter was found inside the book and had been in safekeeping. The book itself is in less fine condition, but it is dated 1899. Publisher is TY Crowell & Company New York. Extremely Rare copy in less fine condition.
