Serviced CANONET G-III QL-17 film camera.
Includes Canon case, strap, and lens cap. Optics appear sharp. No fungus or haze. Serial #K26xxx with year date code of U (1980).
Schottky diode installed for 1.5 volt battery use. Rangefinder checked, cleaned, and focuses correctly. All speed settings operating as they should. Film counter works great. Self-timer operates fine with a 10-second delay. New film door seals. The last photo taken was with this camera after the Schottky diode was installed.
I will include an o'ring if using a Energizer 357 battery. If using that type a piece of foil installed on the positive side will keep it snug in place. The Energizer 357 battery will be the best choice to use later since available everywhere.
