Knife 1: JA Henckels 108-11" chef's knife. 1900 Paris & 1904 St. Louis Grand Prize, Solingen, Germany. Knife has some discoloration on the blade and the tip has broken off. Normal wear to the blade. Very sharp and holds its edge well.
Knife 2: Wester Bros No. 30 12" slicing knife, Solingen, German. Normal wear and discoloration to the blade. Very sharp and holds its edge well.
