From Shearwater Pottery about this piece: This is a fish mug from a mold designed by Walter Anderson, the brother of our founder Peter Anderson. This mug is a very nice impression; as the molds age, the impressions become less distinct. Talking with Margie Ashley, the daughter of Peter, we think the mug is probably from the 1940s, but that’s really as close as we can say without seeing it in person. See photos for condition.
