Sylvanian Families Calico Critter Toy Shop with box. Very Hard To Find (VHTF) Excellent Used Condition (EUC). Retired set.
This set is very hard to find in this condition; very, very clean and does not appear to have been played with. Comes with the box; see pics as they are part of the description! The box does show shelf wear but for its age, it's in good condition!
The toy shop is very, very clean! No problems at all that I could see. Super clean and comes with everything shown except the critters! I believe it is complete; it even has the tiny house furniture which is super hard to find! Includes 7 houses including the tree house, 2 boxes for toys, bunches of little itty bitty furniture two different colors, a display shelf with clear cover for one of the houses, 2 signs (1 for the top of the store and 1 hanging on the side), a magazine rack with books and wallpaper rolls, and a little train. This set is highly collectable and is amazingly clean; I do not think it was ever played with!
