Gorgeous, absolutely stunning dress! Black sequins all over, perfectly aligned. Flapper-style fringe around the bottom, each piece with sequin detailing. Lined with a zipper down the middle of the back. Snug fit. The skirt without fringe is 36 inches from top of shoulder to bottom hem, and the fringe adds approximately 10 inches, making it 46 inches total including fringe.
Suitable for cocktail parties, 1920's themed flapper parties, formal evenings, wedding guest attire, or funerals. Very classy!
