I have one other without the original box. See my other listings if you're interested.) <br><br>Made in France of 100% silk. Spectacular item! Wear it as a proper scarf or display it on a wall, like the work of art that it is. Murakami is a major artist exhibited in museums worldwide. <br><br>Scarf depicts Takashi Murakami’s monumental eighty-two-foot-long painting, “In the Land of the Dead, Stepping on The Tail of A Rainbow. ” This painting portrays a cartoonish, spiritual landscape, awash in an enormous tsunami of churning water, and the whole piece is depicted on this scarf. <br><br>I bought this at the Broad Museum in Los Angeles, which also owns and displays this magnificent, mind-bending painting, which is considered a masterpiece. Only 300 of this edition were ever produced exclusively for the Broad.
