Vintage Dakin 1986 Grand Opening Bear. 8 inches tall. Pre-owned item from a collector.
This white Dakin Teddy Bear is in excellent condition with a slight bend in the paper hang tag. Ultra rare, as it was a giveaway item at the Grand Opening of the Dakin Building in South San Francisco on May 31, 1986. Never sold in stores. Employee exclusive item.
The building was originally nicknamed the "wedding cake" and later the "Luke Skywalker building."
