Vintage large 14K gold diamond cameo convertible pendant brooch. Hand-carved shell featuring a woman in right profile with a diamond pendant detail. The cameo is housed in a 14K gold mount and octagonal frame.
Features a fold-down loop to be worn as a pendant or brooch. Measures approximately 1.75 inches by 1.5 inches and weighs approx. 10.66 grams. Marked 14K on clasp.
Safety clasp works, the pin is slightly wavy. In very good condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. As-is.
