Very rare & unique faux book. Purchased in London in the late 1980s or early 1990s. This is likely an artist's homage to Patek Philippe watches and not affiliated with the jewelry company. Measures roughly 15" long, 11" wide, and 3" deep. Neat antique hollowed-out wooden faux book, bound in beautifully & ornately handcrafted painted fabric (canvas?) and lined with velvet/velour felt inside. Great condition with minimal wear & scuffing. Sold as pictured.
