Vintage 1973 acrylic painting by Barbara Conley, titled "The Kissing Bridge" (Knox Bridge) in Valley Forge, PA.
The frame measures 26" x 22". The painting is in great condition. The frame exhibits scuffs, scratches, and a stain on the inner frame border (see photos). Sold as-is.
Barbara Conley's paintings are known for their meticulous detail. Her work has been featured in Southwest Art and US Art magazines, and she has won multiple awards, including an Award for Excellence at the Haggin Museum in Stockton. Though primarily an acrylic artist, her work often resembles oil paintings. She has also worked in oil and watercolor. Conley has recently begun painting en plein air, creating studies for larger paintings.
