Stunning Large Vintage Chinese Gold Vermeil (24kt gold wash over sterling silver) filigree fan brooch. Featuring enamel butterflies and genuine Chinese turquoise cabochons. Marked "Silver". The brooch has a C clasp with a safety latch that works perfectly.
Size: 2 6/8" wide x 3" long. In fine condition with no loss of gold gilt. These handcrafted pieces are no longer produced, making them highly collectible. There is a small chip on one of the butterfly enamel wings (as shown in the photo), which is hardly noticeable. A beautiful and intricate piece!
