Vintage smocked ivory ruffled baby dress with lace collar and beaded heart bows, size 6M. Very good condition, with a tiny pin-size hole on the arm (see last photo). Made in the UK from a soft satin-like blend. Features a classic design with a rounded neckline and long, slightly puffed sleeves with delicate lace trim. The bodice has lace overlay/embroidery and two beaded bows near the collarbone. Perfect for a special occasion.
