Large vintage midcentury Jozefina Krosno octopus glass pedestal bowl. Stunning Murano hand blown art glass Octopus or Jellyfish compote, pedestal bowl. A beautiful tall blown glass made of mouth blown glass with an artful twisted stand with a bowl on the top. Brown glass cased in clear glass with a stripe pattern on outside of bowl with yellow glass inside, mouth blown glass bowl.
Very heavy fabulous piece of flowing freeform design, the ribbons of glass wraparound like an octopus tendrils when you see it from the side, base has a spiral thread swirl. Perfect as a centerpiece decor. Fabulous abstract design. Can be used for display, fruits or anything you will want. A real beautiful piece of art. Unsigned, attributed to Jozefina, Krosno, Poland. circa 1970s.
