This listing is for a vintage Paye & Baker sterling silver and enamel brooch. Love this design; the three delicate birds and forget-me-not type of flowers supported by a curvilinear framework. The brooch is marked on the back; Sterling, P&B (Paye & Baker). I think it may have been made in the 1900-1915 or so. It has both the Edwardian and Art Nouveau in its style, so I am estimating it may have been made in the 1910s or so. The brooch measures about 3 x 7/8". C clasp. For its age it it in good, but not great condition. There s some enamel loss and the pin/needle does have some kinks in it. I have not cleaned/polished the brooch extensively as we all have our individual preferences in regards to the surface finish for sterling silver.
