Vintage Taxco Mexican 925 Sterling Silver Turquoise Fish Bone Skeleton Necklace. Circa 1950's-1960's. Sold as-is.
This stunning pendant measures 5-3/8" x 1-3/4" and features inlaid turquoise with a turquoise cabochon eye. The chain is approximately 14" long.
Each vertebra is linked with silver loops, allowing independent movement. Features a large bale and three round holes resembling a fish spine. Marked TAXCO 925 MEXICO MPL with a Mexican Eagle mark and the number 3.
Weighs 50 grams with chain. In excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. Secondhand item with slight signs of use. Non-smoking home.
