The company formerly released music through its record label. It’s divided entities – the Brand, which promotes music &amp; the creative agency, the Marketing, which provides to consumer brands.<br><br>Began as a party in NYC. The party was a weekly production of British promoter, Maurice Bernstein, &amp; his South African partner, Jonathan Rudnick. Initially unable to secure a loan from the bank, they borrowed money &amp; used it to book acts &amp; venues.
