It has a SUPER long and wide sash that can be applied a few different ways. I showed three options. The skirt is fairly straight or A line, until it gets to about the knee or just under... where there are triangle shaped inserts add that make it flare out very full, in a mermaid like way. More full than a mermaid skirt would be though. Flows beautifully when you walk in it.
