Own a special piece of United States history with a rare Emergency WWII "North Africa" $1 Bill. Issued during "Operation Torch" in North Africa in November 1942. This 1935A series emergency bill was printed with a yellow seal instead of the usual blue seal on Silver Certificates. The circulated note comes in a vinyl folio with a story card and a certificate of authenticity.
